Designs

As all of our stationery is handmade occasionally slight differences may occur however we will endeavour to keep all designs the same.

Colours may differ slightly to those on our website so a sample request is recommended.

Proofs

Proof reading is the customers responsibility. Caroline Rose Designs cannot be held responsible for any mistakes after the proofs have been signed.

Payment

A non refundable 50% deposit is required when placing an order. The balance is required before any order is dispatched.

Delay of payment at any stage will delay the order.

Cancellation

In the event of an order being cancelled the 50% deposit is non refundable. Cancellation of an order must be given in writing.

Refunds

As all stationery is handmade to order refunds will only be given if the stationery is found to be faulty and within 7 days of receipt of order. Refunds will only be given once the faulty goods have been returned to us.

Prices

Our prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders.

Copyright

Although many hymns are out of copyright due to their age it is your responsibility to get permission from the copyright holder for any hymns or poems you wish to include in your order of service.

Delivery

All orders will be sent by royal mail special delivery and will need a to be signed for.

Caroline Rose Designs cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit or for any delays caused by a third party.

As small parts are used on our stationery please be aware that our products are not suitable for young children.
